Pizza ordered at 1800 to be picked up at 1930. Enter the shop around 1925. First of all, you are left standing in front for 5 minutes without staff coming to you. If you then say that you have ordered a pizza for now, they say yes, and the staff disappears into the open kitchen. Then I watched the hustle and bustle in the kitchen for another 15 minutes and when my pizza obviously wasn't in the oven at 1945, I had to withdraw from my purchase because I had to go to work. Apparently I get my money back in 5 days. A refund in the store was reportedly not possible. Now I have no money, but I'm hungry and in a bad mood. Thank you dear team of the L Osteria Osnabrück.

Perfect place for young and old. As always gladly again. Perfectly prepared lasagna, fresh salad and homemade tortellini. The huge pizzas are particularly eye-catching. If you want, you can watch the preparation - from rolling out the dough to topping and baking. Despite the corona rule, nice and fast service. Pleasant atmosphere and Italian ambience. Definitely see you next time!

We (and also the next table) had to wait more than 2 hours for our food, even with the drinks the staff couldn't keep up. Unfortunately, the acoustics in the restaurant leave a lot to be desired. Still 3 stars, because the food was fantastic, whether salads or pizzas!

Too loud ... long waiting time for the food ... Very strong burnt smell in the restaurant and so you smelled extremely as soon as you left the restaurant. For me / us it is not recommended, maybe more for delivery.

The terrace is nice (when it's not windy). The tomato soup is excellent as is the starter salad. Price performance o. K. Friendly staff. What really bothered us was that the pizzas were super oversized and tasty but the plates were way too small. We had to push the pizza on the table every time to be able to cut it on the plate.

Solid Italian with a wide variety of foods. Unfortunately very badly soundproofed which does not invite for a relaxing evening for two. Groups are welcome and there is also plenty of space in the shop. The service is very good. Price performance also fits.

We often go there as a family and, as always, were welcomed in a nice and friendly manner. Even in this somewhat different time everything runs smoothly and we had a good place. The food and the team was of course great and everything together recommendable. The recommended dish of the day was ?

Italian pizza at its finest. The place at the rabbit is really fantastic with the rushing water and a pleasant pizza evening. The ambience is more than appropriate and a look into the kitchen shows the curious customer that there are no ready-made ingredients in his pizza. The service is extremely friendly and the service is good. For this great experience, € 8 for a Magherita is not too much. The only point of criticism for me is that the really thin pizza gets cold very quickly, that half of it makes you angry that you haven't eaten any faster because the pizza is only lukewarm. For me this restaurant deserves a 5 star rating.

I was always happy when I went to eat there but not at all this time. I got a cold pizza that was already 5 minutes outside while my friends only got theirs 10 minutes later because they were burned. We waited almost an hour for our meal. My pizza didn't taste good this time either, it was almost tasteless, I had asked for salt and when I had half-eaten my pizza the waiter was still not there so my friend had to ask again about the salt, then after 5 min it came, I had almost finished eating. I will not eat here anymore.

I was eating there with a friend. First we had to wait 10 minutes at the entrance. Staff kept walking past us, which was probably busy with other things than serving guests. When we were finally shown to our table, it was right at the entrance, where every guest had to pass to enter the restaurant. A very unfortunate place in the current situation with Corona. Since no cards were brought to us, we checked the food ourselves on our smartphones. After we were ignored for 20 minutes, even though the landing was not really full, we were about to leave when the cards were put on the table. The waitress looked at us confused. I then explained to her that we had already been waiting 20 minutes and had not received a menu so far and that we were about to leave. Her answer was only "Oh yes, you have to know whether you are going or staying". There was no excuse. Well, since we had already chosen our food on our smartphone, we ordered directly from her. The food came relatively quickly, but the taste was nothing special. I had a pizza that I couldn't cut with a blunt knife. It was very big, but the dough was very thin. After we were almost finished with the meal, we were first asked whether everything was okay. The question clearly came too late. Since I couldn't make the pizza, I asked to have it wrapped up. Instead of putting it in a pizza box, it was folded twice and then rolled up like a wrap. You could have saved yourself packing. All in all it was poor service and that on a Tuesday at a time when it was not very busy and there was enough staff. The long waiting time annoyed us, but the icing on the cake was packing my pizza. I used to work in gastronomy myself, so I can say that this is not guest-oriented. I will not come back again.

The food was very tasty, the waiting time was absolutely okay, the service could, however, come back down to the tables more often, because you sometimes had to wait a little too long, especially if you weren't thirsty. Otherwise very friendly.

We waited almost 70 minutes for our pizza, my buddy was allowed to wait 10 minutes longer. In response to inquiries, the many orders were pointed out, whereby many guests, some 20 minutes later, had finished eating before us. When we weren't ready to tip at the end, the service became even more unfriendly and goodbye was refused with averted eyes. Kindergarten!

Enormous ànd delicious pizzas the side of a man hole cover. Nice cappuccino. Suitable for vegetarians. Nice relaxed place to sit. Recommended.

Very nice staff, food tastes as good as in any losteria. The shop is well structured and nice to look at.

Huge Italian pizza !! You can choose half and half different tastes. The sparkling wine was also very tasty and sweet. It goes very well with pizza. Now you can wrap pizza.

The food took almost 45 minutes to come. the taste is mediocre, nothing special, ( i ordered pasta carbonara) .

Wonderfully prepared pizza! Absolutely delicious. Some of the best I've had, and possibly one of the best options when you can't jet off to Italy when hunger strikes and pizza is calling your name! Very long wait!!! But worth it in the end! (Plan some time for your dinner and maybe have a couple drinks) Service was so-so. Waited to be seated way too long (while being ignored by several members of staff). Sever was nice and friendly but impossible to find when we were well past ready to pay. Either way, wonderful pizza... So I still highly recommend and will definitely return, myself. Guten Appetit ?
